I don't see any need to grease brake pads. People say it stops noise or squeaking or something. But I'm over 50 years old and I've never had brakes that squeak or make some type of odd noise(maybe people buy cheap brake pads?). Now if you're worried about that and you have a car you can get Ceramic brake pads
