This CV axle has had over 75k punishing miles put on it and it was starting to fail. Rather than pulling apart the old axle to retain the +2 axle shaft, I opted to buy a complete +2 CV axle to match my +2 long travel kit. I recently sold my King’s and the pair I had used larger hoses. I bought the 2.5 Remote Reservoir King’s in 2015.
Does the hose size of your King’s correspond to the year the shocks were made or do Mid and Long travel kits have larger hoses?
