Bet you could make a real nice panning camera mount with that mirror gizmo. Up +down left and right… you’d pay a heck of a lot for a factory made camera mount like that… just a thought
300,,, bet the mechanic didn’t get near that… good to be able to do some fixins.. I am going to start doing more of that stuff…Don’t mind paying a fair price for the working guy, but,, seems a bit outta line..Maybe the dealer thought he was a wall street guy… Yow!!!
Did you put some clear coat on that paint job? If not, it will dull down real soon. If you do it will match even better than now. Just a suggestion. You can still do it on the car too with a little masking tape and some newspaper to protect the rest of your paintjob on the car. Nice job of installation.
I cheated and did it the way you said you would have, using JB weld and some sheet metal screws on my wife’s Blazer. Good thing, cause she broke it a second time and I fixed it the same again!
RP, solder and shrink tube, what a great job; If you ever have a reason to change string tension while you play your banjos, how about a power operated tuning peg with that old 12 volt motor. (Don’t play so don’t know if that is appropriate!) lol trb
That’s a cool thought..
