I found some LED rear turn signal bulbs by Lasfit that I installed on my 4Runner. I did not need to use a resistor and there is no hyper flashing.

Great video. Do they hyperflash after 5 mins? Lots of LEDs do not hyper flash initially, but after a few minutes, they start blinking fast.
