Greetings AMD. What tool are you using when installing the new rings to hold the seat cover in place? Wish you did a couple of them a little slower so we could see exactly what you were doing. Thanks so much for the video!

Earl Aguigui says:

You truly are a wonderful professional and a conscientious human being. I wish there are technicians with your skills in our part of the world!

Lucas T says:

TodTALK says:

I've done stuff like this, multiple steps.
You can obviously record urself, and go back and watch the video.
Or, use small pieces of tape, that are numbered.
Tape for painted walls that is not super sticky and won't leave any residue.

TodTALK says:

There is absolutely no way id do this job for any car with higher miles on it and not get either new foam made, or ordered. Idc the price.
Or, id cut out an inch or 2 of the top layer of this foam, and add some super high quality foam, or some sort of gel foam or something like that.

F Ober says:

hello, new subscriber from Canada. I enjoy your videos as I have a 2013 Corolla and I like Toyota. I enjoyed this video on seat covers and it reminded me of a minor concern I have. My seat (driver's) will loose height on it's own. I am a taller guy, (5'11") and I usually have my seat all the way down, however, when I raise it in a matter of I would guess a week, it is back down. would you know why this happens and suggest a DYI fix for it? I'm 250 Lbs, not sure if it is a weight thing or not and to be honest it is not annoying me, but I would like to fix it if I could. thank you

John Stoll says:

I'm quite impressed with the complexity and manufacturing of this seat!

Keith Newton says:

In our dealership this trim work is done in the trim shop which is part of the valeting team we don't have grease monkeys in there unless they are clean and in whites . Tools are cleaned everyday

zepp3lin says:

Good job AMD, but really the prices are all overpricing especially things that people rarely change. Oil filters they're common things that you change every time that's why it's cheap.

GX460 OFF-ROAD says:

nice 4runner

stev berm says:

More brighter lighting with close-ups is our friend, thank you for all your hard work

JEY says:

I like to see you doing manual labor

Blake Brown says:

How does this guy not have a million subscribers?

flyonbyya says:

1/2 Million Subs Sooon for AMD !

Sean Pop says:

Ahmed, one thing I would really like to see is a thorough video about converting over to the aluminum oil filter housing. More importantly, if there's any way to order the perforated tubes for the various models, if they are even sold separately. I believe that there's three different lengths for the AR & GR engines.

One of my kids has an overturned plastic housing but is over a thousand miles away. I would like to prepare an aluminum housing with the proper perforated tube to mail off so that it can be installed with the next oil and filter change.

Petre Berceanu says:

Amazing job!!! You are the best!

elusivellama says:

I have a question about the seat motors, since you brought them up and mentioned how hard / expensive they were to replace. My car (which is a '19 Lexus) has electric seats and it also has a function that can do full / partial seat movement when the car is shut off, and started back up again. It is called 'Easy Exit or something in the settings menu).

Should I disable this to extend the life of my seat motors and my battery? Thanks.

Rauel says:

I clean my car out before I take it in for service clean as a whistle. When I worked on cars I enjoyed a clean car and I gave it back to the customer the same way.
