Oh oh oh oh what a feeling to drive…Toyota 2001 4 runner sr5. 421,801 daily driver. Never selling. Love the videos Scotty.
A very reliable car! A know of one that had the same clutch for 580000 km!
Scotty is the MemeLord.
You and my dad were cut from the same old school cloth. So many times I hear you say something that reminds me of him and something he would say. He died in 2020 and in a way listening to you makes me feel closer to him. He would have loved your videos and he went to his grave owning Toyotas and Honda's! He thought a Camry made in Japan was like finding gold!
As we all know the best solution for a long time reliable transmission, is the manual transmission. So logical.
is that not a bluebird
Its a driving death trap, one hit from a modern car and you die, just drive it do junk yard and save a life
A toyota…why am I not surprised?
Reminds me of my old VW Fox, then my back went out. Then bought a Crown Vic.
@7:53 there is a cup holder ,its the drivers side seat between your legs !
Must be a old trusty Toyota
I am glad Scotty never lost a finger or a hand while working on cars. Otherwise he’d have a very serious speech impediment.
A Zoomer buys it and slaps a turbo on it and cambers it out..
For being a Michigan car with all the salt brine and crap in the winters, I'm surprised how relatively clean that car is. That said, my 10-yr-old Lexus has an analog quartz clock in it just like that car. I wish I had the old crank windows like that Camry, but I suppose that would be counterintuitive in a Lexus.
Because of Scotty I just bought a used Toyota even though I don't agree with toyota's politics.
Very smart pointing out that the 1985 model only getting 3 miles to the gallon less than the Brand car with all the computer parts that will break,
i had a 75 honda that got 35 and they brag how cars are so efficient now
Amazing condition! I'm surprised that it only had a few rust!
No cupholders, no deal!
