Jovan Nguyen says:

V6 Tundra = shame

THM_Ray says:

That man has a lead foot if he only gets 15 mpg.

I get 20 if I’m driving without thinking about gas economy..

Much more power and torque than the previous v8. About to hit 17k with no issues whatsoever.

I get it you don’t like turbos, but don’t get it twisted. This is a superior truck to the older model.

kclefthanded 427 says:

Will it be as reliable as the old one remains to be seen. That flimsy plastic bumper doesn't give hope

Matthew Green says:

Personally I like the new body style. I always found the last generation too bulbous. Granted I’d prefer a naturally aspirated engine vs a turbo. Turbo’s are fun, but I can do without all the moving parts

gia235 says:

Twin turbo means premium gas only…

The moderately annoyed Canadian says:

I had regular problems with my 04 tourus. Battery in particular. But otherwise i loved that car

Ren Khachatoorian says:

Manual transmission and the naturally aspired engine is unbeatable.

Hybrid711 says:

Scotty the Tundra may be getting worse gas milage because of the fifteen percent ethanol gasoline. My 09 Camry hybrids gas milage has dropped in the last couple weeks.

Gary Baldwin says:

The truck is ugly.

Ramon Carbajal says:

I want some tacos now

chuckwalla 2 says:

Meh. I'll take a V8 Silverado, instead.

Adam Ant Turner says:

I have a Nissan Titan V8 and get 15 1/2 MPG religiously. I was looking for a new Tundra until Toyota came out with V6. I'm hoping Toyota decides to install a V8 in the future.

Vinit Bhatt says:

Hey Scotty, any advice on what to do about replacing a catalytic converter for a 2009 Prius? I heard some states won't allow you to have an after market replacement. Also, do you think it would be ok to have someone other than the dealer do the installation?

Bob The Builder says:

We wanted a twin turbo v8. This twin turbo v6 should be in the tacoma.

matthewinaz D says:

I’ll keep my 2004 dodge diesel 4×4 with 80k miles 21mpg

Vteck20speed says:

Do some research it’s not for rock crawling it crawl control to get un stuck

Cnw#8701 says:

The front end looks ugly as hell, and the wheels are kind of small. The rest of the body looks nice, though. Better than a Ford or Chevy!

Jpowe981 says:

Well, it'll never be a Ford. Number one for almost 50 years for a reason. The F-150 reigns supreme. Reliability? Sure, Tundra SEEMS more reliable just simply on the fact that there's almost 9x's more f-150s on the road. When you produce that many more vehicles, there's going to be that many more problems. Mainly just in quality control due to outsourcing.

daewooparts says:

Toy …..ota, should have stuck with a V8

sassed1 2many says:

Scotty quote of the day: "If you wanna drive like a maniac, shift it manually"

Nenku Thao says:

Throw that piece of crap in the junk.
