The internals of my Yaris key are completely different… smaller battery,
the buttons stay on the transponder unit and the battery cover is circular.
There is no any data lost its settings and no need reprogramming. This is a
Toyota key. Not a not complex key like in German cars.
The first two minutes spent showing us a tiny small cross head screwdriver.
Such a slow delivery, and wasting time on irrelevant details. It feels like
a wind up. What I wanted to know, having changed the battery, will the key
fob have lost its settings and need reprogramming?
