Excellent help for changing Strut assemblies in the front of a 1997 Camry.

AJ Novotne says:

Just got done finishing both rear strut assemblies in my 97 camry! You guys make amazing videos that help a lot. Now I gotta use this vid to help me get the front ones done. Such a pain though getting the bolts off with like 15 years worth of rust on all of them lol

Carlos Uribe says:

when putting the new sway bar link on and you notice the sway bar is LONGER where it attaches on the STRUT and it doesnt align into the hole in the strut what can you do in that situation to cover the extra space to align the link with the strut. do you push the wheel hub towards the ground?

Stromtrolli says:

Hey 1A Auto. Do you happen to remember what size (in inches) your vise grip is? I need to buy a smaller pair so the jaw will actually fit on the sway bar. Thank you 🙂

Snikers Thecat says:

Replaced my front struts on my 2000 toyota avalon!!
Used 1AAutos struts assembly and my car feels so amazing!
Followed all the steps in this video and it worked so well.
Now I just gotta replace my rear struts!

allroy71 says:

I was able to loosen the bolt on the sway bar by using the vise grip, but had a hard time taking sway bar off strut. I loosened the 3 top nuts and 2 lower nuts and with some fingalging the sway bar released. I wish it was as easy as in the video!! But overall, this video gave me the confidence to do the job on my Pop's 98 Camry. Thanks for great videos!!!

Keep It Cryptid says:

Would the process be similar for a 1994 Toyota Camry V6 XLE?

Inder Sidhu says:
