You're wrong about transmission fluid. You do not want debris in the fluid, you want to keep it as clean as when it came out of the bottle.
in Europe hybrid transmissions fluids are not changed at all.

I owned several Accords and Honda recommended changing the auto transmission fluid three times in a row. My 2003 Accord is well over 200,000 miles and runs fine. I think if you change the fluid every 50 to 60K miles, both the flush method or the single drain and refill methods are fine. If you want to go with the lifetime fluid idea, you’ll still get 150K miles out of a Honda or Toyota transmission.
Just no chemical flushes. Otherwise get out the clutch material that can clog the internal screen. Really depends on the model. That opinion here, How to Save your Transmission

What about manual transmissions? I think the interval is 30K but I push it to 50K for that, txfr case, front and rear diff.
I was doing a drain and fill every 20K klms, I think I'll do the next one at 100,000K klm interval…..
How does this apply to CVT's?
If that’s true why didn’t the manufacturer fill them with debris when they sold them new to customers?
