You may be able to apply some of the basic steps shown in this video to
that vehicle. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
Does this apply to a 1992 Toyota Windom 3.0L V6 auto? (3VZ engine)
It there’s rubber vent hose that connects you blower motor and you push it
in too far, it may be making contact with the motor or cage, you could try
to pull it out a little bit. If you’re still having an issue, call our
sales staff at 888-844-3393 and we’ll help you out over the phone.
I am pleasantly surprised to receive your reply. To access the lever, will
i have to remove the climate control? i tried yesterday, i managed to
remove the gearshift cover, but even after removing the screws holding the
climate control unit ( the ones behind the knobs) i dont know- i was unable
to get access. I am doing something wrong
So simple, wow! This, I have to try as my blower is making noise – pretty
bad on low, horrible at high. Driving me nuts …… Thanks!!
Excellent video — and great marketing approach. Love it!
You could put a little bit of white lithium grease on it. It’s available at
your local auto parts store. Hope this helps you out. 1aauto.com

thanks
Thanks I’ll look into it.
@godzilla81 You say it is not blowing hot air, is is blowing any air? If
you are getting air movement then the fan is not the problem. More likely
iti si an air door controller. If you are not getting any air flow then
check the fuse first. If the fuse is good then it is probably your fan.
The corolla is the same concept but will require some additional removal of
some plastic kick paneling under the passenger side dash board.
@andylor21 As of right now, we do not have a video on this application. It
should be located around the blower motor.
how to replace it on 02 Lexus is 300 ?
@andylor21 It should be located around the same area as the blower motor.
DUDE…addendum. I just ordered the replacement part from your outfit. Love
your business model! Innovative. I’m gonna have to do some research on your
company to learn more.
@italouruguayricano It sounds like you may have a bad connection.
Thank you for this tutorial. I got a whiny fan. It works, but makes some
noise. Is there an easy fix, like lubing the bearings? What’s the best
lube? Oil or grease?
Unfortunately all of the parts on those vehicles need to be upgraded so
they can accept R134a fluid.
I love your videos. I have a 1998 camry and the lever which selects outside
air or recirculating is not moving from outside air to recirculating. when
i move it it feels as if something is stuck. any ideas? I m in canada
awesome thanks
You may want to check the backside of the selector lever to see if anything
is binding up, or getting caught on something when you slid it back and
forth.
@godzilla81 unfortunately I do not know where the air door is located on
this car. I don’t have it any longer to check either. Sorry.
Thank you for the video. Now I can replace the AC Blower Motor on our
Camry, thanks!!!
i have the same year camry and my heater is not blowing any hot air can
this fan be the problem?
Too bad you didn’t do the driver side. The fan in my 2000 avalon crapped
out. Great video !
Thanks! made the job simple.
The fan stops and when I wiggle the connector just under the fan it starts
again then some minutes later it stops again. ????
Thanks so much for the VID!
Usually there are only a couple of screws that hold these in place on most
vehicles. Once you’re able to free it from the housing, you should be able
to change it fairly easily. We carry the replacement blower motor for a
2004 Toyota Avalon on our website with FREE SHIPPING. Here’s a link to
them.

Do you have a video on how to replace the AC Condenser/Cooling Fan on a 92
Camry 4 door 4 cyl? It seems pretty simple but I just want to make sure I’m
doing it right.
@1aauto yea im getting air coming out but it doesnt get warm. where is the
air door controller located?
We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows you how to do
this. We do have a Haynes manual that should cover this repair. Part

I have a 1999 Toyota Solara that basically uses the same part. When I try
to remove the old one, there is a bunch of wires, etc. that is blocking the
screw on one side. I cannot figure out how to remove the wires – they
appear to be connected to a plastic piece that is mounted. Do you know how
to remove this piece on my car? Do I need to remove the glove compartment
to access that? I’m so close, but can’t figure this one step out. I may
bring it to my mechanic if I can’t figure it out!
Thank you for this. Really appreciate your sharing your knowledge.
Just wondering if any one knows where and how to replace blower motor
resistor for 1999 toyota camry? I am only able to run ac in high. Any help
would be awesome.
The glove compartment mind need to be removed so you can access everything
necessary to get the blower motor out. Unfortunately we do not have a video
illustrating this at this time.
My car is blowing only warm air what could be the problem ?
Can you do videos for A/C parts for the 1987-1991 Camry?
how about a Toyota corolla
Looks like the cam wheel turns ok when switching from dash to floor and the
lever arm rides in the groove ok. I’m out of ideas.
