I favor the rogue for comfort style and size. The new model is attractive. The escape was cute but the new 2020 edition is really ugly. They ruined it.

Let's uplift eachother says:

I bought my used 2013 escape 2 years ago. This vehicle has given me do many problems! It has left me stranded many times, as well has randomly overheated out of nowhere! One of the worst vehicles I've ever owned…. I still owe money, but I definitely got sold a lemon!

Wow Scotty compliments Nissan !!

Stovokor41 says:

You have recommended a solution in the past for rejuvenating rear main seal.
Would you recommend even in a v8 I highly value?

Stewie says:

I don't like crossovers. Its like finding parts that might fit. Anybody remember the sterling car with Acura engine?

Gary Thompson says:

I am amazed to hear you people in USA saying you are getting goog mileage at 26mpg I have a 68 Holden with a 307 chev that gets 22mpg on the hwy. And I reckon thats disgusting!!

Daniel Smith says:

I love my escapes i have a 2007 mercury mariner aka ford escape with the 3.0 v6 i brought 11 years ago it now has 233000 miles still rides great all original i also have a 2017 ford escape but with a regular 2.5 non ecoboost engine i love it!

Olorin says:

Is there even any doubt? Escape of course!

rss8400 says:

I bought a 2019 Ford Escape 2.0 EcoBoost and man that thing flies off the lights. Its white in color and has no EcoBoost badging and has cloth interiors with the Sync 3 system. So a very sleeper like appearance until you cross 2000 rpm!

Daniel Staggers says:

I never thought I'd see the day that Scotty Kilmer would do a paid for puff piece for Nissan? Oh my.

djlarj says:

I own a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with the 2.0L engine. It has about 77,000 miles. I have taken great care of it and it drives and shifts well. Unfortunately the 2 items I did have to replace on it was the AC compressor at about 67,000 miles (luckily under an extended warranty I had) and just last week I replaced the backup camera myself with an aftermarket which seems better than the OEM. I hope I have many more miles with this vehicle as it is fun to drive.

Niki J. says:

Have a 2005 Ford Escape hybrid. Best car I’ve ever owned. Super reliable, good on gas and super low maintenance costs.

B L says:

Bring back the Nissan Xterra.

Lexerin22 says:

I have a 2017 Ford Escape with the 2.0lt engine. So much fun to drive and very reliable!

thomas margolis says:

i got 2017 escape, where the engineering issues I was concerned with: the placement of the battery. Turns out they use
a 2 piece lug for their vehicles, where a piece of aluminum that is subject to expansion/contraction. And expanding lugs
that creates problems to remove the tires. its been described as in the middle, not the best…but not the worst.

Darrell Horner says:

SCOTTY IS A LITTLE CONFUSING!
ONE TIME HE DOESN'T LIKE TURBO ENGINES, THE NEXT TIME HE DOES LIKE TURBO ENGINES!

Black cats Lives matter! says:

Scotty isn’t much of a soft narration talker. He sounds better when he is yelling lol.

Dave D'Video Maker says:

Aka the Kuga as of the 2012 in Europe.

NLBVB09 says:

We’ve got a 2011 Ford Escape XLT – 4 cyls with a 5 speed transmission. Amazing car very fuel efficient.

Vinod Jhangimal says:

I have a 2012 with the 4 cylinder and just 70k miles on it. Awesome car. It's the best looking of all the Escape designs and it has tons of room in the front row. The model that followed it was cramped and just an overall piece of crap

Drives to Work says:

All of them are station wagons!!

catwrangler16 says:

We had a 2001 xlt for 14 years and put almost 300k miles on it.
It was a great vehicle with very few issues.

Wade Thomas says:

I've been looking at a Ford escape because I have a 1998 Mercury mountaineer with a 5-liter V8 has over 227,000 miles on escape 6in shorter
