Dielectric grease keeps salt and moisture out, and will ensure the speaker connection lasts for years.

You should upgrade the amplification part, the factory speaker may have an higher efficiency with the light paper cone, the new ones could sound more quiet without a proper amplifier

Quick question, why don't you put the third fast rings (between the speaker and the door panel)? Is using the silicone replace the function of the third fast rings?
