If I was your mum I’d be giving you a clip over the ears for making such a
mess on a clean concrete drive way lol A shallow oil pan’s a lot easier to
work with. Good on you though, all good entertainment 🙂

Good video.Although I must note some things you did wrong. This is coming
from a Master Certified Ford Technician. Never leave a vehicle supported by
a hydraulic jack alone. This is really unsafe.I noticed the jack stands
which are supposed to be used but I didn’t notice if the car was resting on
them. Also if possible, prefill the filter. Finally, always start the vehicle
first before checking the level because if you don’t, since oil is not in
the filter, you will get a inaccurate reading of high.

Good video, thumbs up!

Nthefastlane says:

The jack stands were supporting the vehicle along with the jack having a
little pressure encase the stands failed. Yes I usually fill them but
recording and thinking makes you get ahead of your self..Yes I always run
the vehicle and then let it sit and re-check it.I mentioned that @ 7:13

How to reset odometer? Make sure your odometer is showing the actual
mileage, not trip A or B. Turn the key to the LOCK position. Turn the key
back to the ACC position Press and hold the trip/reset button. Continue to
hold it down and turn the key to the ON position. Keep holding the button;
the mileage will flash zeros until the actual mileage appears again.
Release the button.
