If you are going with the old flywheel its a good idea to have it turned to ensure smooth operation A friend had a clutch kit installed on a Honda without turning flywheel Clutch judder big time
One of the replace parts I do on my cars and customer cars is a rear main seal. Because I'm already there and it would suck if it started weeping a few thousand miles later.
Isn’t replacing the pilot bearing cheap insurance as well considering that you have the assembly apart and it’s accessible?

My tip is get someone like Charles yo do the clutch. Every time I do a clutch I have spare bolts, nuts and screws left over

I'm a big Chris fix and Scott Kilmer fan, but after listing to your input , I'm definitely adding you to my roster , you just forgot to mention changing the rear main seal for preventative measures
Does the pressure plate dowel pins have to be lined up because mine went over and all six bolts went in but the dowel pins aren't line up do they matter
