What kind of torque wrench do you use? Is it a snap-on? specs?
rotors are held on by wheel studs
try a blaster spray, they sell them at most auto stores for like 5 bucks… penetrating oil something like that… be sure to clean the parts afterwards, because it will affect braking performance
and tire
held by the tire when the tires on tightly your rotors on tight aswell

So there are no screws holding the rotor on? They just float an dare held in place by the caliper?
