Time to assemble the carburetors for the GS550! This How-To video takes you step by step on fully assembling these carbs with some methods, parts, and tools I use. The process I use here can be applied to a variety of carburetors within the CV line so hopefully this video helps for more than GS550s. Definitely let me know if you have any questions and please let me know what you think of the up close footage!

Hey I have one of my needles snapped off inside. Should I try and drill it out or just leave it?
Very good work and very well explained, I'm sure you've helped a lot of people. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
you can watch all the carb rebuild videos there is, but nobody ever takes the carbs off the rail. ????? sup with that?
Dude you're really awesome!!! The details you have in these videos on carb, I believe anyone with right tools can do it. Thank you so much for the info.
I have a 2007 Suzuki S40 or LS650, or Savage or boulevard I've never owned a bike with so many names. But the One carburetor is the same on the inside as these. This video was helpful to me.ty
