Where you able to put the rubber ring on the thermostat,i couldnt..The old one did not have it! Do it really needs it?.
Hi man, nice to share man! i've question, if you press from upper side of thermostat with ur hand, is the spring elastic or not? I bought a new thermostat, but my mechanic told me it was a factory defect cos the spring is not elastic when he try to push spring with hand.. however, when its try to boil it with water, it opens when the water boils
I will try to do this same procedure to avoid bubbles. What I have done when a thermostat does not open, is to let the car rest overnight. There, the reservoir lowers the level and it looks like the bubble will magically go away. I liked this funnel, I don't know if I can find an equal here in Brazil. Congratulations on the excellent video.
