Here is how I have rebuilt a couple rearends on the LTZ250 and Ozark 250 suzuki quads. Its not the best way, but its a cheap and easy way, minus the little bit of machining and welding I can do myself. The rear gear and axle add another $250-300 in price if you do it the right way, and you may need a shim kit on top of that. You will also need 6-7oz of gear oil, 80-90wt

At 13:23 is there a rubber seal that covers the snap ring and new bearing???? Also after that is there a seal that goes in the axel tube where the axel comes out like behind the bearing at 13:23 mines didn't have 1 but looks like one would go in there to stop water from going in towards the diff/gear oil ???
