OK FPR, Fuel Pressure Regulator is the most likely cause of the issue, if not that its the throttle position sensor. FPR has a diaphragm that when hot can leak. It could be the throttle position sensor because when they get hot the heat can effect the internal resistance of the sensor. Now, if that bike has a carburetor then the pilot circuit could be clogged, just clean the carb and the pilot jet/passages. Last and least probable cause is the Coolant sensor or MAP sensor.
