awesome video…used your idea of using a thicker hose to fit up those hand
guards on my xr650l…worked very well. thanks for the idea and your video.
very helpful

Noah Donovan says:

Is it the same for a crf150?

TemptatioN103 says:

the reason why you had to get bigger hoseing is because u dont have 7/8
bars the fit perfect on 7/8 bars

SuperDaveVideos says:

Ours fits pretty good but not perfect. Make sure you have each on the
correct side.

Ben546 says:

Turns out I was putting them on the wrong sides… I ran into a similar
problem with you except I got the plastic shield over the expenading
hardware but even at it’s max girth it wasn’t big enough to hold inside my
handlebar securely so I ended up using old hardware from a set of enduro
engineering handguards I had previously destroyed.

They look good tho man!

Cash Pac says:

Thanks for the video, I got the same guards and had the same problem.

Ben546 says:

I bought the same ones off ebay for my wr250r but I’m having issues with
clearance, I cant keep the guard to fit over my front brake lever well and
the clamp that goes onto the bar wont wrap around flush?
