It’s a bit of a wrestle, but the stretch belt can be fitted without the special tool.

after the cut frame you can see a bolt left into the hole (the bottom hole to the left of the AC compressor) where the belt install tool would go. Lots of magic on youtube 😉
I don't know dude, this looks sketchy. You could mar the ridges of the pully with the pry bar. Just invest in the $15 tool.
