Not very specific on any of this at all. Use any wrench to take off this little bolt. Use a hammer to remove the spark plug

I have 2010 Legacy 3.6r and I am not able to fit the socket in the spark plug or it feels it is way deep inside and too small hole to get even the smallest socket. Is there a special socket?

Terry Frazier says:

friends/experts…Please note, very important: inch pounds and foot pounds are crazy different numbers. I would suspect most here know that as a given; however, as a newby to torque wrench usage, I did not. I was moving along step by step in the video, then bought a torque wrench (to do it right/as instructed). However, and this is a VERY big deal. I set my wrench to 155 "foot pounds." Remember, new guy here, I didn't notice or know their were different measurements of torque for those tools. So, of course, you guessed it: ripped the plug right out of the threads while installing. Absolutely feel stupid, and a lesson I'll never forget. I'm just praying the shop can get the old plug portion out and install new ones with an easy out, etc…not pulling head. I only posted so another wouldn't make the same mistake.

2015 Legacy 2.5i Premium has a different battery tray. It is bolted down the side of the frame with two bolts that are nearly impossible to reach.

Dlyyzz says:

2015 legacy have much less space on the right hand side. Didn't even got a chance to torque it right.
