Bobby Zebrasky says:

Will this be similar for the 14 outback?

Larry Horlick says:

Do you reuse the nuts on the stab. bar link and lower shock or install new??

Phi Nguyen says:

I have a 2015 crosstrek. would you say its very similar ?

Jonathan Lopez says:

Rears are easy the fronts I had the springs come out of the compressor and hit me on my chest

Patrick Cameron says:

Nice video. I was using jack stands and didn't want to crawl around under the suspension so I removed the 3 outboard bolts on the lateral link and left the inboard. To remove the outboard bolt and stabilizer bolt I raised the link with a jack and freed the shock by pulling down the on the outboard end of the lateral link. To reassemble I installed the bolt for the shock then lifted the link with a jack to install the outer bolt and stabilizer link. Being a DIY I finished up with a torque wrench and found that my impact wrench had spun the bolt long before it hit the torque spec. You must have snap-on magic. 🙂

Jack Bloznowski says:

Yes, this is the way to do it. I just did my 2013 Crosstrek XV's rear struts. To save a step, you don't need to loosen the bolt on the wheel assembly. It will hing down without loosening.

Whoa….Is it truly that easy? Well, I don't have that press, or a lift or air tools, but I have a jack and a cheater bar. Is the 2010 the same? That seems relatively simple. Thanks for the video!@
