Thanks for the translation! Yes en no, if its oem then YES YES YES god YES. You kill them in hours. Why? be course the center metal spacer is molded into the bushing and they will rip. But with poly it doesn't matter to much, Better Yes but not nesesery.

You can make a shop press pretty easy with a bottle jack and some metal stock, hell even a benchtop vice with sockets would do the trick.
