Our information says that the ’99 Grand Voyager does not have a cabin
filter.
This video is perfect and also applies to the new 2014 Forester. No tools,
no screws, takes less than 5 minutes. Absolutely no reason to pay $75 to
the dealer to do this simple maintenance item. Get the OEM for $20 at
subaruonlineparts and do it yourself!
