First, loosen fasteners on the coolant reservoir and windshield washer reservoir,. Lift up the reservoir, remove the washer pump, replace with a new washer pump, attach the hoses and the electrical harness. Oh – don’t forget to check that little windshield washer filter/grommet too – as it can get clogged with sludge that prevents the washer fluid from reaching the spray nozzle by the windshield. So, once it the washer filter is clean, install the washer reservoir, route the hoses, check for leaks and finish by installing the fasteners. You should be all set.
