I just did a teardown of the RetroBit Sega Saturn controller. Mine has Bluetooth in it, a couple extra buttons and rumble, but its an official sega licensed product.. looking at yours, and looking at mine, all the components look identical, except some of the parts on the PCB are different, for bluetooth and USB functionality.. all other components were likely made on original molds that sega gave them
you know, you can get official sega saturn controllers, new production?.. they also make USB and bluetooth variants for PC
