I believe the Fuel Filter is the most neglected part. The only time people change it is when the fuel pump goes out. Luckily on this Saturn, it was a 30 min job.

Jeezus… You don't show the actual location of the fuse box nor the fuel filter! Zoomed in should be shown too but some general landmarks would be great.

Disconnecting positive wire and leaving hang is worse than not disconnecting it. That wire ground out you will have a fire in no time. Take the time to do it right and pull ground.
