When my mirror got knocked off I imagined hundreds of dollars to get it
fixed. I never even considered fixing it myself until I watched this video.
It was so easy!! My sceptical husband was very impressed when I quickly
replaced it. Kevin – great job, this video is much appreciated!
thank you for the demo. Mirror cost $45.00. The dealer shop wanted $255.00,
A couple of regular shop wanted $40.00 to $60.00. Took me 5 minutes to
replace. Thank you again.
Kevin – Thanks for the vid. I’ll be attempting this within the next two
days or so on a 2008 Saturn Aura, passenger side. I’m much less handy with
cars than I am with wood, plumbing, electrical so, I’m grateful for your
tutelage!
Thanks so much for posting – I did it! Was able to replace it myself,
especially when I found out exactly what tools I needed. Helpful people
like you make the world a “village” again.
So glad to find this! Someone knocked my mirror off yesterday and Firestone
was going to charge 300 bucks. I just found a mirror for $75 and know I can
do this myself. Thank you!!!
Amazing!!! I knew it couldn’t be too difficult. Autozone wants $138 per
mirror for the part, and then they told me to take it to a mechanic to have
it installed. I’m guessing that would have been $100. Thanks Kevin you are
INCREDIBLE!!!!!
Just replaced my mirror thanks to your video. I found the part on ebay for
$40 and I bought a small socket wrench set from Lowe’s for $30. Simple, but
as was said below with I would not have attempted it without your video.
Thanks!!!
is it the same for the passenger side as well. Good video by the way very
helpful
Thanks for the video….. it helped alot!
Many thanks, Kevin. It’s really as simple as your video suggests. But I’m
not sure I would have attempted it without your demonstration.

This video hellped a fairly inept guy replace the passenger’s side power
