Is the procedure the same with manual Transmission? Or does the tranny have to come out with the engine?
I'm replacing the motor in my 2002 saturn s series its quite a chore doing it by my self your videos are very helpful thanks
Why did you Not Do the install video. Yes we know it's reverse..but seeing the transmission reconnected to engine would be grest..plezse shoe that part. PLEASSSSSE!
Using a come-along to pull a motor is dangerous not to mention stupid as hell. I don't recommend anyone doing that. Use a engine hoist if you have to go out the top but it's easier and quicker to drop the subframe and out the bottom not to mention much quicker!
If I want just to clean well and maybe paint Exhaust manifold (it is all rusted), what should I
remove? Is it a lot to be removed? Car is 2001 Saturn SL2, the manifold looks exactly the same.

where did those s shaped chain hooks come from ?I could use some,Im pulling an engine from a junkyard…

wouldnt it be easier to drop the front subframe and just remove the top motor mounts and the harness
