Thank God for this video. I went through the same trouble trying to change my 2004 Ion rear brakes. After seeing this I went to Carquest and bought the only Single Spring break tool they had. 🙂 The $40 is more than worth it.

Hey i just did the exact same on my 2006 ion and adjusted everything right but my ebrake doesnt seem to want to work now. I can put it in drive or reverse and have the ebrake lever up and the car will still move.
