Remembering the Saturn.
This video will show how to remove and replace the headlight housing on a Saturn ION between the years 2003-2006. This will allow you to replace any of the bulbs in this housing as well as the whole housing if necessary. This video was filmed on a 2006 ION with a 2.2 liter inline 4 cylinder engine.

That is a Saturn, but is NOT an ION! I have a Saturn ION, and am in the process of replacing the faded headlight assemblies as we speak, so I should know!
Why cant other car manufactures make it this easy?
