Same just happened to mine, but my blower isn't working at all, I tried a resistor but didn't it didn't change anything, still nothing. Checked fuse and relay, seem to be good, my last guess is the control unit itself.
if a shop isnt listening to tool i don't trust em.
My son has the other 2002 Saturn L100. You video was perfect, his AC was blowing about 50 percent of the time, we had to hit the winshield to get it to work. We order the new blower, followed your video and now, perfectly working AC! Thank you very much!
