I have a question about the rotor resistance.
I am rebuilding a Mitsubishi A3TA6581AKD Alternator, The car’s service manual says that the Rotor coil resistance must be 1.8-2.1ooms, But i get 2.4 ooms. Is that a problem or not?

Very good movie (You are taking clients 🙂 ) nice done, You schuld aware people about the burnig stators and how to recongise that (and what can be the cause of it, i meen glow plugs to long on), also i prefer always too change the bearing cap becouse its so cheep

Hello mate,
Did you disconnected wires from the stator,in these types they could hold the lot together,also try to lever the casing with 2 flat screwdrivers.
