What size is the socket for gearbox fill? The one under the exhaust manifold

So a few weeks ago I bought my first saab its a 92 900s 2.1 and flushed most of the fluids. Just wanted to note that the fluid specs are still easy to figure out except for the power steering fluid. It is 9985010 it is an older GM mineral oil. I could not get a straight answer out of anyone until I found an old copy of an owners manual. Some auto parts stores told me I had to go to the dealer which is obviously a problem for me and most people now haha. Anyway hopefully that saves someone a headache

how regularly would you recommend checking the levels? My 87 900 S doesn't seem to be leaking anything (knock on wood) and the previous owner maintained her pretty well.
