Hi i have a saab 9.3 2001 running whith ethanol ,i check my injectors and i see the caps joints is gones burn by the ethanol .There is a solution upgrade.i want to start in stage 1 .thanks for handsers.jc

Any tips on inserting fuel injectors?
One I heard to dip the top tips in gasoline before install into the rail.
Second I heard to put Vaseline on the bottom tips before install into block.
Getting ready to change my fuel injectors and I am not sure proper technique.

5:00 You also seem to lack the retaining bracket that holds the fuel lines on place. My pressure line (9-5 from 2005) jumped out somehow and it started to smell gasoline. Then I discovered the car was leaking gasoline. Probably it flooded the area where the pump can be seen and it then went down between the chassis and the tank. Some models seem to be missing the bracket and I also seem to have some red paint where the middle torx screw is. Hopefully I can attach a retaining bracket there and perhaps you should too.

Guess I'm removing that bracket soon bc I need to swap injectors. Thanks for these videos!
How did you support the wiring loom and lambda sensor plugs without the support bracket?
