WAIT!@!!! WAIT!!! I may have found an EASIER WAY. My fan didn't work. After doing all of this, I found that everything looked fine. However, the blower fan was very slightly stuck. The fan easily spun after turning it a fraction of a turn to loosen it and now works fine. I cleaned it with electrical cleaner and added a little lithium grease just for good measure and it works great. This was probably from a faint bit of dust or pollen that blew through the fan and solidified like glue. BUT, BUT, BUT, I could have done this from checking under the hood, as Follows: Pull the left windshield plastic (2 tabs) under the wiper, and the plastic cover below it (just snaps in/out). Remove the clips for the cabin filter (2 clips, l & r side) and the filter holder (2 clips, l & r side) and you can see the blower motor fan and motor below it. …. I must strongly recommend trying thia first. It is much easier and faster. You should be able to tell if there is corrosion in there and if removing the glove compartment is necessary. MOREOVER, whether there is corrosion or not, it seems smart to caulk around the cabin filter holder (the rubber around mine was decayed) and wall to keep out moisture that causes corrosion, as this would be the major cause of leaks onto the blower, motor and resister. If you don't, you may have to to do all of this again in another year or two.

2nd watching really helped. I was distracted by the music and shaky camera and just skimmed through, but once used to the music, was able to appreciate an excellent video! Thanks!
