Mine had them when I got it and then it was fine for a month or so, then it
started doing it every few days and now its every time I take the fob out.
It’s really annoying, online it said it could be the battery so I had it
tested and they said it was fine and so was my alternator, I guess I’ll
switch out my ignition, luckily I found a wreck 04 Saab for parts and got
it for $500 plus $100 for a truck towing it. My rear passenger side door
power lock is messed up too but idk how to get it out.
Where did you get the intercooler and how much was it? I just bought a 2003
9-3 and am wanting to do the same to mine. Do you have a cold air intake as
well? Did this change the sound at all? and how much hp do you think you
gained?
But then I don’t have a car for how ever long they take…. do they remove
limiters? The guy I’m going to charges $40 an hour and said it should only
take a few hours so I’m hoping $200 or less….. Do you have a program that
allows you to upload your cars data onto a lap top or something? Like shows
your BHP, 0-60, 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile times, ratios, stuff like that and any
codes causing a CEL I want one of those as well…
I put in carbon fiber vinyl dash trim, gas lid and soon side mirrors and
door pillars (the black part at the top of the doors) Put in black carpet
from an 04 (was tan and stained/stinky from the last owner spilling drinks
and not cleaning them up, the carpet foam was still wet, it was disgusting)
Dyed my headliner black and painted some trim red and I’m getting some red
trim to go around some stuff inside and out. Now I just need to figure out
why I keep getting steering wheel lock malfunction.
I’m going to have my chip flash tuned, that will work right? I’m getting a
3″ exhaust, intercooler, manual boost gauge, BOV, short ram intake with a
heat shield. Hoping to get around 300hp and 280 ft lb of torque. ( 285 is
apparently the cut off for automatic transmission, any more and it will
mess up the clutch.)
Are there any body kits/ head lights/ tail lights for this car? I was
wanting to customize mine a little but can’t find anything on ebay which is
where I usually order my stuff. It their a different website your would
recommend?

Awesome man! I’ve got an ’04 9-3 and within the next month I’ll be putting
a fmic on. The eBay kit is 2.5 rather than 2.25″, but I’ll make it work.

Yea just cut extend and turn the pipe on the driver side. And that’s it

taking it to someone to have it done… PPC’s just cost to much and don’t
even remove limiters…

do you LITERALLY push back the AC condensor?

A slightly better throttle response and since I’m running a tune and higher
boost the turbo seems more lively on hotter days
