I picked 2012 but did not get the option for a rear view camara? I got the software from Orio?

Martin Kutner says:

Hello. I can ask for the + and – pin numbers to connect the camera. Thanks Martina

Hey there: So I pulled the plug and bought the XP5 from Witson Super Store and asked my Car Stereo [+,+,+] dealer to install. Though in the business for over 4 decades, he had never heard of nor worked with this company's gear. I also asked that he add a dual USB flush mount and rear camera. He did it all and everything worked well, thought there were a few items I had to tweak. I really enjoyed the rear view camera, but about a month after installation, I had a battery go bad, and the car was jump started. Since then, the rear view video has been degraded to a grainy image, still useable, but not the clear HD quality I had before. The installation team shows on their record that the camera was "customer provided" and the owner told me he had never seen that particular camera before. He was at a loss on how to remedy, and asked me to contact the Manufacturer. I have made several attempts, but I am getting no response from Witson. I never expected them to provide a camera in the first place, so I am confused. Did Witson provide you a camera? If so , is there a spec sheet you may have indicating what settings it works with? That would be helpful. Also if you know where in the software one would check to see if the setting is correct. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Carroll quam9c@att.net.

Can you tell which model of connectors did you use at the end of the splitted wires? Thanks!

I am considering getting a VCX NANO. I have a 2010 Saab 95 Aero. I have a used radio silver box to replace. It would be a perfect time to install the camera as you did. Is the VCX NANO easy to setup to lab top?

Hi
I have purchased the nano scanner to do the reverse camera and having lots of problems loading the software, you said that you can make a video step by step. Can you please do one as I believe it will benefit us Saab lovers. Cheers John from Australia

Hey there, when getting the VCX Nano, can I use any version of them? or do I have to buy the GM specific one? Thanks.

Great video – many thanks.

Anyone in the UK will need to access an alternate site for SPS programming, as AC Delco now only cover North America. Go to the following instead: https://tis.saabparts.com/products/subscriptions/saab-tis2web.

I would really recommend this camera: Ampire-KCW802 it has the perfect leveling and is instantly at a good level, works great, it has a metallic pin to insert into the bar but it comes of so you just need to glew it. I didnt have to take out the ledbar even, rest of it is the same procedure.

1 tip, when doing the video cable into the radio, it doesnt hurt to do it longer and accecible should you wanna cange the camera in the future, you can just access it without taking EVERYTHING out 🙂

Thanks for great video!

Does that scanner work on 9-3?
