4Dcardriver says:

Take a video with your moby and post it here on the tube.

4Dcardriver says:

I was told, but I don’t know if it’s true, you may over heat the cats if
you run it loud all the time. I have not had any problems with it. And yes,
you can do this to your07 car as long as it has PSE.

4Dcardriver says:

Hi, yes I would recommend changing the air filter at the same time. My car
is the older design 3.8 so all I can think is you either don’t have the PSE
or you have the later direct injection engine. Thanks for looking at the
other videos, glad you liked them. ;0)

I hate to ask you so many question I hope im not bothering you. Would you
mind if I took pics of what im going to be unplugging and send them to you?
Im just scared to unplug something and go to fire it up and hurt the
engine. I could send you pics by email if you dont mind. My email is
kurtis_haubrick@hotmail.com. If this is okay with you just email me and ill
reply with the pictures so you dont have your email address here for
everyone to see unless you dont mind. Thanks again for all the help

4Dcardriver says:

Hello Sir! The plug in the video (when unplugged) breaks the signal from
the ECU controlling the sound flaps in the exhausts. In its default un
powered state its always in loud mode which is nice. If you leave the plug
in, the ECU will interject and make the car quiet if you rev over 3000 rpm
driving from 0 to 49mph. I think thats right but this might be slightly
wrong, I cant quite remember exactly as I didnt drive it long in its
unfiddled with state. I will do a better film of it soon.

kurtis haubrick says:

Okay sounds good.Does unplugging it cause any of your dashboard error
lights to come on?

kurtis haubrick says:

sounds good thanks! Let ya know when I got it posted

kurtis haubrick says:

were you able to take a look at that video? Its not axactly the best lol I
can take another one if need be

Tarek Salah says:

This is a funny video man

dnaida says:

Its the video something like from 60s ? yes?

kurtis haubrick says:

Right on thanks for the advice. I do have the PSE and just did a little
internet research and it says I have motronic with six coils, sequential
fuel injection. So does that mean its a no go lol?

kurtis haubrick says:

Can doing this hurt the car? Can I do this to my 07 porsche 911 4s? Does it
disable or affect anything else at all? Thanks for the oil change video!
Thumbs up!

kurtis haubrick says:

video is uploading now should be on there soon! thanks for everything

4Dcardriver says:

No, you will be ok there. No lights, just lots of big sound!

4Dcardriver says:

If that is the case your engine should be the same as mine. The DFI cars
came out in 2009. You have the older SFI like mine. Have another look for
the plug, until you unclip it, it will have a wire coming out the top.

kurtis haubrick says:

cool defenetly given it a try hahaha!!! May as well pick your brain for a
bit more knowledge. There is 26,000km on my car. Bought it with 23,000km on
it. When I do the oil change is there anything else you recomend I look at
doing? Thanks for all your advice and video on doing the oil change very
well done and entertaining too. Thanks again!
