Porsche 997 turbo engine lid/frunk lift support – Cheapest Easiest DIY repair ever!

My easiest and cheapest DIY repair ever, replaced hood and engine lid lift support with OEM Stabilus, only $20 each, just like the original, takes only a few minutes, only need a medium size screwdriver.

I got it from Amazon with Prime shipping and the rear from ECS tuning. You might find it at Rockauto.com or Amazon without Prime for slightly less. Shop around, the links below non affiliated and I don’t get a dime from YT (my channel is too small).

Good work sir. Only similar repair I've done was on my humvee. What kinda camera do you use? I'm considering making some content with my 2008 C4.

Big difference. Suncoast charge like $175.
