Super interesting! Thanks for the videos. I just put in H&R coilovers, new control arms, and sway bar end links and have a noise that sounds like it's coming from front right. I know the previous owner put a new head unit in the car. I'm going to pull that out tomorrow and see if that fixes my issue. Thank you!

Daniel Wilk says:

I have the exact same problem with mine, the ball rattles. Have you gotten around to get a fix for that? Can’t be like that from the factory?

Kelly Coffey says:

Oh man – I know that feeling all too well of spending too much time turning wrenches and not enough time turning the key.

So glad you ended up stumbling onto the actual source of the rattle!

Now get out and put on some well deserved miles!

Simon Turner says:

Happy you go that sorted Kevin!

Are you still happy with the Feal setup after putting some miles on them?

DSC800 says:

I use a heavy duty Glad trash bag when I need to reach in the tank. The yard waste type.

512TXS DIY says:

Rattling could be front sway bar bushings. Have you tried that as well?

Mike Bell says:

Thanks for the tutorial Kevin. I cant count the times I did the exact same thing when I owned my 73 Mercedes 450 SLC. Go to replace a part only to discover the part was fine. I learned to go ahead and replace the part. That way I knew exactly when that part was replaced, and was able to keep a better log of parts and repairs done. Just a thought. I hate to replace the same part twice. 🙂

Another great video as usual.
