Man, I remember thinking “man . . . I hope these are okay… they were. I
have encountered other situations like yours. Um . . . at this point, I
would #1: Become a member of Rennlist and ask those guys. They got me out
of a super jam – total mystery – situation. I spent $30 to fix it. #2:
Start “hackin” worst case style – If you have the time – Rennlist, then
hack.
hey thanks for posting this i have tried to remove my intercooler but i
have an issue. the bolts holding the intercooler to the mounts( the rubber
coated pieces the bolts screw into) my spin when i try to undue the 10mm
bolts. i have tried using pliers to pinch them so they don’t but it didn’t
work. any ideas short of cutting off the bolt? it is necessary for me to
pull out the intercooler i believe there is oil sitting in it due to a leak
in the turbo.
