Porsche 356 Brake & Turn Signal Fix and Upgrade – Failed Third Brake Light Attempt!

Porsche 356 Brake & Turn Signal Fix and Upgrade – Failed Third Brake Light Attempt!

Here’s how to troubleshoot faulty brake lights and upgrade them at the same time. We replaced a bad brake light switch, added an solid state LED flasher, and added LED brake bulbs.
I wanted to add a clever third brake light in the rear window, but I received the wrong part unfortunately. Will continue once the correct part arrives.

I almost bought that same third brake light. Glad I didn’t. Stoddard has one for twice the price but I bet it will work. I was thinking of putting it in the rear grill.

Actually in the video I think the original Bild on left was brighter than the red LED. Maybe a white LED would shine brighter thru the red lens? Just my .02.
