How to replace radiators and resistors on Porsche 996

Porsche 996 cooling system radiators and resistor operation are very important to keeping your 911 running. The radiators can get clogged up with road debris and should be checked annually. You should also check to insure your low speed and high speed fans are functioning properly. When cleaning my radiators I found that they did not operate properly so I modified the resistors. Then I hit an object in the road that lead us to this video please enjoy!

This is great, keep the vids coming. I want to do more with mine but have been a little apprehensive.

Yours is one of the only videos taking an A/c condenser (between the fan and radiator) out of a Porsche. It would have been helpful if you got the camera in there for the hoses removal and showed some more detail. Obviously I've had a similar but worse accident than you and I'm doing the same fix but it also killed my rad in front and bent the whole business back into the wheel well so I cannot turn my wheel. It's a bit of a mess but I'll get there. Food for thought for your next video, show more detail. Check out Ben Burner for his 986 repairs. Cheers

Great job! I do recommend buying a coolant / vacuum filler. They are not expensive and are easy to use. If you have air in the coolant system you could overheat and ruin your engine or l have a forceful leak when the car heats up.
