Hi sir, I am planning rebuild on 83 turbo 930.. I have done timing on a 964 earlier, which is running good now. My question is it that while I was timing my 964 engine I used auxiliary chain tensioner from Porsche( special tool, which can be adjusted) …. I think that special tool can not be used to do engine timing for 930… What do you suggest, how I keep my chain tensioner tight during engine timing ? I have ordered new timing chain tensioner already..
Thanks & regards

Thank you for the video. Do you use aluminium washers underneath the nylon nuts? For the chain covers? Or just steel washers? Thanks.
