Hello, I bought a Pontiac Lemans 69 with OHC 250 in Belgium
a misaligned ignition.
Even the manual doesn't explain how to install a new belt.
It only tells you how to adjust the belt tension.
This engine is bad. There's no technical information online.
The forums are too old.
My dad had one of these. Went through two engine blocks before we gave up and dropped in a 350. turned it into a 3 speed GTO.
Gawd, I think one of my car magazines yeas ago, they took a Pontiac OHC 6, turbocharged it. And ran it on propane(?), or just added propane to it. It's been a long time
