Nope different bulbs altogether.

GETEMBEAU81 says:

Are the map lights the same model/length (194) as the rear dome?

NexusTMPG says:

Cool, I can do one, I will get a quick video set up for that.

NexusTMPG says:

I think the red can be nice, but I have tried it in other cars(not this one) and it doesnt always turn out good. However, since the car has red lighting for the cluster, it may look good. I dont know a good website to get red ones, though. Maybe try online..ebay or anything like that. Or maybe a local shop?

Rudy Serna says:

Can you please do a video comparison at night? Please?

Rudy Serna says:

I was thinking of a red led light, it would be a nice feature in the interior, don’t you agree? Can you give me a website where I can get them? And the dimensions. Thanks

NexusTMPG says:

No prob! I will have some more in the coming weeks so keep watching. Thanks!

Roy Rogers says:

Thanks for all grand prix vids..the spark plug one really came in handy.

NexusTMPG says:

WOW! Awesome link. I just checked it out and they have a nice variety too. Thanks for the link!!

Roy Rogers says:

Tmart.com go to car accessories or type in led lights..check it out.

NexusTMPG says:

Seriously?? That’s an awesome deal. I have seen the price drop since putting out this vid, but still not to that cheap. Link it to me If you can and ill check it out. Thanks for watching!!

Roy Rogers says:

This will trip you out but I get all my led 194 for 2.98$ each on the internet…also good for the license plate light..

NexusTMPG says:

I found a local supplier who had them…he was about 40 mins away from me, but worth the drive. If you cant find a good local lighting supplier, I have seen them on Ebay and even Amazon….they were cheaper for the item, but with shipping, it can be pricing, depending where you are. But damn, I still love those light….and they still work amazingly well.

macs4eva says:

where do you buy these lights? or any of dome lights for that matter? (different colors, ect.)

NexusTMPG says:

If all that checks out, let me know and I will do a quick troubleshoot and locate where the problem area is. Another thing to mention, there is different style peanut bulbs….the most common is 194, but there is others. Is it 194 style that you have?

NexusTMPG says:

I know exactly what that problem is, although I am unsure why you are getting it. There is definitely a crossed connection or the bulb is grounding out. Regular 194 peanut style bulbs should have one little connector on each side of the bulb, it comes out of the bottom of the bulb and curves around each side…make sure each one is perfectly straight against the plastic base…a lot of the bulbs also have a small groove that the little rod fits into…sometimes you have to pull it out slightly.

good video man! my wifes car 2004 pontiac has all of her interior lights LED they look nice, the only ones that gave me a hard time are the rear ones. I installed the peanut LED in the rear above the front seat headrest and when I plug them in of course one way they dont go on at all and the other way they come ON but very dim, but when I push the button on the same light it comes ON bright normal, push it again and back to dim. So somewhere something is not compatible, can you help man!

NexusTMPG says:

Cool, Ill do that this weekend, and have it out then. I have changed the speakers and they turned out pretty good, and sound amazing. Stay tuned. Dont forget to like and subscribe if you like what I do. Thanks

kkobberstad92 says:

*front speaker install. and tips for removing the door panels without breaking things.

kkobberstad92 says:

well, i motivated myself to finally check it and they look incredibly easy to do the under dash lights. no need to make a video, but thanks, this video was helpful. I probably would have busted clips trying to pry stuff apart. have you done speaker installs and have any tips for that?

NexusTMPG says:

Are you talking about the ones by your feet, under the dash? I have done those too, and they are even easier….I can do a quick tutorial vid if you want….I changed mine already. Let me know and I will get it in a couple of days.

kkobberstad92 says:

So I just purchased a grand prix, and am looking at doing this, but I want the floor lights to match as well. any idea how to do those?

NexusTMPG says:

No prob. Hope you enjoyed the video.

David Pfanders says:

Been looking around the net for 30 min. for this exact info. Thank You!

NexusTMPG says:

@thasaint645 for the handle bars, they are 121 bulbs, but 194 peanut bulbs will work. For the main dome light, it is 211-2

thasaint645 says:

what are the exact bulbs you need again?
