yupp dex cool sux i spent hours cleaning all the dex cool junk out of my
engine new water pump new hoses new thermostat the works it runs so much
cooler with green and no dex cool build up clogging everthing up lol
you must not be much of a car guy if you think dex cool is “alright.” its
shit that rusts everything it touches. Why do you think they dont use it
anymore, and what do you think that buildup on your thermostat is from?
so on the 3.2 i’m finding the housing bolts are on the side instead of the
top…makes it difficult especially on the bottom bolt. It’s such a narrow
area I can’t even get the socket in there….any suggestion?
heres a question, i got the same engine in my mothers buick, when i changed
it the black seal was all wrecked and such, did i have to replace that seal
aswel?
So i have the p0128 code and it says the coolant thermostat is not working
so just change this and thats it? No need to reset the comp and will the
check engine light turn off by its self once the issue is fixed or do i
need to manually
Does this work on 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix?

It’s not necessary like with some designs, but it’s still highly
recommended.

Definately change that seal. It’s only a couple bucks at the auto store and
it can prevent leaks.
